Type ARH 500 semi-automatic cleating machine

This unit distinguishes itself for its structural solidity, enabling the cleating of large, heavy stators. The machine is fitted with a lower slide that enables the mandrel to emerge from the cleating unit in order to facilitate the loading of the lamination, and a robust oleodynamic manipulator for the final unloading of the stator cases.

Type ARH 800 semi-automatic cleating machine

The latest arrival in the range and the result of years of experience, this machine sits at the top of the range as a result of its technological features. Thanks to its robust construction and the adoption of new mechanical solutions, it enables the cleating of extra-large stator cases. Equipped with two slides opposite each other, it enables the loading of laminations outside the machine at the same time as cleating operations are under way, resulting in less wasted time and a notable improvement in overall productivity.
